Mark Thompson, President
Between 2003-2008, Mark was the General Manager / Broker of a national real estate investment services company in Cincinnati (which grew operations to Columbus, OH and Northern Kentucky). During that time he successfully acquired and sold over 1,000 investment properties, managed over $30 million in private lending, had a partnership with one of Ohio’s largest title companies, and had a small interest in a large property management company.
Additionally, Mark has managed hundreds of renovation projects and worked with numerous vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
A Cincinnati native, Mark has been investing in local real estate since 1999 and has worked with local and out-of-state investors since 2003. During this time, he’s experienced a variety of Cincinnati market conditions; from a booming sellers market to an unprecedented buyers market.
