History

Equity Team’s services starts with experience. Since 2003 we’ve helped novice to experienced investors successfully invest in residential real estate around Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Northern Kentucky. Our real-world experience includes:

  • Acquiring over 1,000 residential investment properties
  • Funding over $50mm in residential investment property, mostly with private / hard money
  • Rehabbing hundreds of homes from distressed condition to peak condition while managing a variety of vendors
  • Maintenance, tenant management and lease enforcement of hundreds of rental properties

In 2011, after years of being disappointed by the numerous property managers we tried to work with, we were forced to create the owner-aligned, residential property management services we wanted, and we knew the market needed.  Since then, we’ve deliberately grown slowly, focusing on building a great team of people and systems that will help acquire, rehab and manage quality properties for our clients.
