Anyone who's successful will probably tell you that it took
a group effort or a team to make it happen. You simply can't do
everything; but what you can do is build a trusted team around you to
assist in your success.
From the day we opened our doors in your market, we have been building and editing a vast array of contacts to benefit our investors. Q: How do I become a "member" so I can use this list?A: Purchase an investment property through Equityteam; that's it! You'll get one of the best deals in town AND plenty of additional services designed to make your investment a successful one.
Q: How do I use the Vendor Directory?
A: Just click on "vendor directory" at the top of the page. Click on the state, then city you want to find contacts in. After you have the location down, you can either use the keyword search or click on the category of service you are looking for (such as HVAC).
Q: How do I know who I can trust?
A: Our vendor directory contains a rating system:
**** Gold Vendors
*** Silver Vendors
** Bronze Vendors
* Black Vendors
Red Vendors
The more stars, the more that vendors is known and trusted in the Equityteam community of investors. Zero stars means that nothing is known about the vendor other than they service a particular category and we have their name and number. There is no measuring scale to determine how many stars a vendor might receive. Feedback ratings are at the sole discretion of the local Equityteam office. Poor feedback will usually result in being taken out of the vendor directory.
Q: Is the directory updated?
A: The directory is updated as frequently as the local office sees fit. Typically this is done randomly during the course of business. New contacts are added, current contacts gain or lose stars, poor contacts are removed from the directory.
Q: Does Equityteam warranty any of the work performed by the vendors?
A: Please read our disclaimer below. In no way is this to be considered a referral list. Equityteam and it's affiliates do not warrant any of the vendors on this list. The directory is simply a tool to assist in networking and team building.
Q: How do I add a contact to your vendor directory?
A: Speak to your local Equityteam office.
