Map Key - GREEN = Available, PURPLE = Pending
"ARV" or "Value" - After repaired value; the value of the property when brought up to it's best use condition conservatively based on comparables from the last 9 months or less. See each property for radius comps.
"TI" or "Total Invested" - Includes the following and can be reduced IF all services are not needed by buyer.
- Purchase Price (does not include nominal title fees and insurance)
- Professionally Managed Rehab (based on the bids we receive from 3rd party contractors) & 1-year warranty on all work performed
"Instant Equity" - Value minus Total Invested = Instant Equity you can add to your net worth immediately!
"Gross Rent" - Either actual or estimated amount of rent the property can get in the market.
Pictures - click on either the right side text or directly on the house icon on the map for more info and pics. When the info bubble comes up, a slide show of pics will start. To see any pics more closely, you can click on the pictures. If you would like to zoom in on a pictures, click on the magnifying glass icon near the top right hand corner of the picture.
Map Functions - Click and HOLD your left mouse button over any part of the map to drag it up, down, left or right. You can also use the arrows on the top left hand side of the map. To ZOOM, use the left side of the map; the higher on the scale you go, the more closely you'll zoom into the center point of the current display.
Street View - Works like the "Map Functions" above. Not an available feature on all properties.
