Mark Thompson and EquityTeam made my first rehab project a very great experience and a successful one! From educating and brainstorming ideas, to finding/purchasing the house, to managing the rehab, to working through the exit strategy, EquityTeam definitely provides the whole package. Mark was very patient, and a great teacher, providing insight on items I would have not thought of. I’m looking forward to working with Mark again on the next one!
