Community Association Manager
BRAND NEW POSITION! Cincinnati's #1 rated property management company has just opened it's new Association Management division, and we're looking for an All-Star to run with this fantastic opportunity. Association Managers (AM) provide community management oversight by acting as the community's main point of contact and bridge between our company's services/operations and the HOA's within their portfolio. We have leads already, and we're positioned to be an industry leader in Association Management very quickly.
Location / Travel / Environment:
Full time, salary plus bonus or commission
Work from quiet home office
Schedule is generally M - F business hours, or as needed
Typical Work Day / Responsibilities / Reports To:
Reports to AM GM
Sell AM services to HOA's looking for professional mgmt
Submit proposals to HOA's
Oversee the management of HOA's in your portfolio using our tech driven, efficient approach (much easier than traditional management methods)
Maintain excellent customer service as the face of the community on associations in your portfolio
Oversee the management of CCR's
Oversee contracts, work orders, RFP's, etc.
Most of the minutia work will be handled by our Assistant AM's. We want AM's to sell and manage.
Collaborate with and support other members of the team to achieve company objectives and goals.
Skills / Abilities Needed:
Engaging personality and natural leader
Natural ability with conflict resolution
Willingness to speak in front of crowds
Familiar with obtaining RFP's, obtaining vendor bids, and managing vendors
Can think big but is also detailed enough to follow through on company processes and tasks
Tactful, service-oriented, and friendly communicator with strong English skills (written and verbal)
Can work well independently, but can also work cooperatively as part of a team.
Competent and comfortable with technology
Ability to adapt to growth and changing business environments
Impeccable integrity and ethics!
Education / Experience / Other Requirements:
MUST have 2+ years working as an Association Manager or Assistant Association Manager. We will consider experienced Realtors or Property Managers.
If not a Realtor, willing to become one
MUST have experience and knowledge of real estate, construction, remodeling industries
Great with computers, internet applications, etc
Ability to type at 35wpm or higher
Strong knowledge of the Cincinnati market
Pass background screenings and reference checks
Valid driver's license
Compensation / Benefits:
Could be salary + bonus or commission, or possibly a combination. We expect this person to make $50k plus the first year, with the potential to earn over $100k in the 2nd year as the portfolio grows. Our compensation package promises to be aggressive for the industry and position.
