Our long-time Leasing Manager is transitioning to a different role and we're looking for an All-Star to take over and maximize the opportunities we have with our Leasing dept. The Leasing GM reports to the Residential PM GM.
The Leasing GM leads, manages, and is accountable for the success of the Leasing department. They directly manage a team of 5-10 specialists and coordinators. The Leasing GM's primary role is to advocate for an excellent resident experience while driving the initiatives of the Leasing Dept., training and managing direct reports, improving company processes, and being the final authority on major tenant/residency issues.
Being our Leasing GM can be very fun and rewarding, but it can also be stressful. The pros are you get to lead a team of dedicated people, have tremendous autonomy and control over the Leasing Dept, and lead the policies and processes that help our residents with their housing needs, many of whom will be very grateful for you and your team's efforts. The cons are you will need to handle some unreasonable, entitled, and sometimes crazy residents and their problems.

Strong comprehension of web-based applications
Prefer skills with various PM industry software like PropertyWare, etc.
Intermediate to advanced understanding of residential construction and remodeling
Ability to delegate tactfully
Organization skills to set and follow through with dept meetings and trainings
Min. 3 years as a real estate professional (either as a Realtor, PM, or similar)
Min. 2 years in a management role
Min. 1 year working at a high level in a Leasing Dept.
Thorough knowledge of Cincinnati / Dayton geography / real estate market
Experience with local utilities, preferably with setting up and managing bulk accounts
Proven/demonstrated/verified track record of success in delivering above expectations
Ohio real estate license
CAM or NARPM certifications
Experience with EOS or similar management philosophies
Experience as a manager in a high volume customer service position (ie inbound call center, etc)
Range $50k - $100k+ depending on qualifications and development of our Leasing Dept's revenues.
