Due to past, present, and future growth, we're looking to add 2-3 All-Star Residential Property Managers (PM). This critical client-facing position reports to the Residential PM GM.
PM's provide management, oversight, and decision-making on their portfolio of properties which are owned by independent owners. Unlike other "property manager" jobs where the PM is overwhelmed with minutia tasks and does everything, our PM's delegate a lot of task work to other team members so they can focus on making critical decisions for the property/owners they manage. Their primary responsibility is to MANAGE every property like it's their own and to provide outstanding service as their owner's primary contact.
Being a PM is a wonderfully rewarding career, but it's NOT for everyone. It's like being a firefighter in a professional business setting. You need to love dynamic problem-solving and have the ability to push through challenging issues or difficult conversations (whether with your owner or with internal team members).
