The Position:

Natural leader needed to run our Property Services division as Property Services GM (PSGM).  This critical leadership/senior management position reports to the Owner.

The PSGM's main responsibility is to lead, manage, and be accountable for the success of our property services division, which does approximately $2mm a year in volume but has the potential to do much, much more.  The PSGM will lead a dedicated group of people who want to provide excellent service to our clients.  They will work closely with the Owner on key initiatives and will be responsible for implementation.  The PSGM also is responsible for creating and maintaining strategic partnerships.


The ideal PSGM is highly knowledgeable in the trades, has a proven track record of success in leading teams, is comfortable being highly accountable for the results of the division, as well as holding others accountable for their responsibilities.  They take great pride in their work and are willing to put the time and effort in as the job requires, with a "whatever it takes" attitude.  Most of all, they are incredibly ethical and are a model of integrity.

  • Min. 3 years overseeing projects and/or maintenance as a manager in the residential remodeling or residential property management industry. 

  • Min. 2 years proven success interviewing, hiring, managing, negotiating with subs or techs.

  • Advanced knowledge of Cincinnati / Dayton geography / real estate market

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential housing construction.

  • Verified track record of success in delivering above expectations


  • Verified track record of success operating a similar property services company.

  • Range is $75k - $150k+ annually based on KPI's, bonuses, etc.

  • Unlimited PTO; work from anywhere, as long as the job is done well
