The Position:
We're looking for a seasoned craftsman to lead our maintenance team and oversee our maintenance programs, vendors, and processes as Property Services Maintenance Manager (PSMM). This critical management position reports to the Property Services GM.
The PSMM's main responsibility is to lead, manage, and be accountable for our maintenance division, which does approximately $500k a year in volume but has the potential to do much, much more. The PSMM will lead a dedicated group of internal assistants as well as our vendor partners in a common goal of maintaining and improving the properties we manage. They will work closely with the PSGM on key initiatives related to the Maintenance Division.
You:
The ideal PSMM is an EXPERT in residential construction and maintenance, and has a proven track record of leading others in a maintenance capacity. They are comfortable being highly accountable for the results of the division, as well as holding others (vendors and internal team members) accountable for their responsibilities. They take great pride in their work and are willing to put the time and effort in as the job requires, with a "whatever it takes" attitude. Most of all, they are incredibly ethical and are a model of integrity.

REQUIRED:
Min. 3 years as a maintenance manager in either real estate or facilities
Min. 2 years proven success interviewing, hiring, managing, negotiating with subs or techs.
Advanced knowledge of Cincinnati / Dayton geography / real estate market
Advanced knowledge of residential housing construction.
Verified track record of success in delivering above expectations
PREFERRED:
Verified track record of success managing a property services maintenance team.
Compensation:
Range is $60k - $100k annually based on KPI's, bonuses, etc.
